2025 Midwest Health & Wellness Expo
Vendor registration is open for 2025! Please note that return vendors will be given priority until October 15th; beginning October 15th, new vendors will be considered in the order in which their registrations were received. New vendors will be given space on a first come, first served basis. Any payment received will be return if you do not receive a booth. We expect to sell out vendor space quickly again this year!
