Vendor Frequently Asked Questions:

When is the deadline to register as a vendor?

Oct. 14, 2023 – Same Space Deadline – Register by this date if you want the same booth location as last year.

Nov. 1, 2023 – Return Vendor Deadline – After this date spaces will begin to be filled with new registered vendors. Register by this date for a chance to win a FREE booth for the 2025 expo!

Nov. 15, 2022 – Registration Deadline (Payment Due with Reservation). Deadline for Ads in Catalog (Space and Artwork Due). If registration & ad are not submitted by Nov. 15, we will not guarantee your ad in the catalog or your booth on the map.




When can I set up?

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Jan 23-24) : 8am-5pm
  • Thursday (Jan 25 ): 6am-10am  All vendor set-up must be complete by 10am on Thursday.


Is there anyone available to help me unload / set up?

Our crew is available to assist with unloading starting Tuesday the 23rd. Hand carts are available at the front desk for use. If you have larger items our tow motor operators will help.


What advertising opportunities are available?

You can place an ad in our Show Catalog which will be seen by over 5,500 readers. Catalogs are available to all the attendees during the show, but many will keep it as a directory all year long! Your advertisement in our Show Catalog will be seen by over 5,500 readers.

How does shipping work?

Incoming Freight — Monday, January 22. All incoming freight must be properly marked with Name, Address, & Booth Number. We will place incoming freight in your booth. For shipping questions contact Karen at the Michiana Event Center at 260-768-3300 ext 2.

Outbound Freight — Monday, January 29, for local vendors. Outbound freight must be properly marked with a bill of lading.

All other shipping needs outside arrangements.
