Having a vendor booth at the Midwest Tool Expo will get you in front of thousands of attendees who are looking for businesses like you.
We have sold out of booth space for the 2023 Tool Expo and are no longer accepting applications for this year’s show.
2024 Tool Expo Schedule
Thursday, January 25 – Saturday, January 27, 2023
Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Vendor Set Up Times:
Tuesday, Wednesday, (Jan 23-24) : 8am-5pm
Thursday (Jan 25 ): 6am-10am
All vendor set-up must be complete by 10am on Thursday.

Booths are 10′ x 10′ and start at $525 each.
Each vendor receives chairs and one free 8′ table per booth purchased
We have a variety of sponsorship packages available as well as additional tables, table skirts, electricity, carpet, and advertising opportunities.
