Having a vendor booth at the Midwest Tool Expo will get you in front of thousands of attendees who are looking for businesses like you.
2024 brought record vendors and record crowds. Quite a few vendors commented that they had record sales as the crowd made their way thorugh the venue.
Exhibitors are responsible for insurance on their products at the Expo. All exhibitors must provide a copy of proof of liability insurance.

Booths are 10′ x 10′ and start at $625 each. Booths are awarded based on the order registration forms are received; Register early!
Each vendor receives chairs and one free 8′ table per booth purchased
We have a variety of sponsorship packages available as well as additional tables, table skirts, electricity, carpet, and advertising opportunities.
October 1, 2024: Earlybird Deadline
Register by this date for a chance to win a FREE booth for the 2026 expo! That’s a $625 value!
October 15, 2024: Same Size Deadline
Return vendors must register by this date if you want the same booth size or bigger (if space is available) as last year. Payment is due with registration. New vendors will be given space as it is available on a first come, first served basis on the receipt of registration starting October 15. Any payment sent in will be returned if you don’t receive a booth.
November 15, 2024: Deadline for Ads in Show Catalog
All ads / artwork MUST be submitted by November 15, 2024. Email ads/artwork to artwork@lagwana.com. Your advertisement in our Show Catalog will be seen b y over 6,000 readers. All show attendees will have it during the show, but many will keep it as a directory all year long!
Note: Booth requests made after the November 15 deadline will still be honored if space is available, but those booths may not be listed in the catalog.

Thursday, January 23 – Saturday, January 26, 2025
Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Vendor Set Up Times:
Tuesday, Wednesday, (Jan 21-22) : 8am-5pm
Thursday (Jan 23): 6am-10am
All vendor set-up must be complete by 10am on Thursday.
